It is our policy that we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us.

Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice or more and appointments we are forced to reschedule due to lateness will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved appointment price.

If an appointment is completely missed with no prior notice (No Show) it is our policy to charge a fee of 100% of the reserved appointment price.

By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your reserved appointment price. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored.

Charges need to be cleared before moving forward with a new appointment.
