We have different levels based on experience and qualifications of the team. You can read up on and pick your favourite team member in our team section. Our prices in our menu are for individual services so that you can build your own package.

Book in for a free consultation with our friendly and knowledgable team and we can assess what you need, quote you an exact price and give you your skin test if applicable.

We never cut corners here in salon. Skin tests are for your protection and an absolute must have. All of the treatments that require a skin test are marked with a *. If you do not have an up to date skin test we will not be able to provide the treatment. Please note we have individual skin tests for all treatments requiring one.

Yes we do! You can either come into salon or pay over the phone and have one sent out. Our gift vouchers are a glossy card that we can write on either the monetary amount or a treatment or package of your choice. We also do online gift vouchers that you can either have sent by email to yourself or to the recipient. This can be done on our Michelle Lawley App which you can download from the App store or Google Play Store.

We certainly do! We love to treat our clients and give something back. Every visit you get points based on spend which can be redeemed on future treatments or products.

We have an App which you can download from the App store or Google Play Store. You can keep track of your loyalty points, view our treatment menu, see special offers, book your next appointment 24/7, amend, reschedule and keep record of your appointments, meet our team and choose your favourite and purchase gift vouchers.

To ensure the availability is there with your chosen Stylist/Technician/Therapist on your ideal day and time we encourage you to rebook on your visit. We do have late availability appointments come up and it’s always worth checking. You can do this on our booking section or on our App as it shows our live availability.

Yes we do, leave your details with us and we will let you know if an appointment becomes available.

We always adhere to the latest government guidelines on how our treatments should be

performed. Currently all our regular treatments are available. Threading has been modified from the thread being held in the mouth to using the cats cradle method with some plucking with tweezers.

We have our own parking directly behind the salon plus a large carpark on the entrance to Hordern Road opposite the entrance to the salon. There is also on street parking on Lowlands Avenue very close to the salon.

To get a smooth result that lasts our Therapists require you to have hairs of 1/4 of an inch long (the length of a grain of rice). If you have shorter hairs mixed in we can still do your waxing but they might not get picked up so your result won’t be as smooth or last as long.

This can vary depending on how long and what shape you have and whether you’re used to them. We tend to infill nail extensions every 2 weeks. Breakages can occur and we offer a service to replace/repair broken nails from £4 per nail.
