Every time a new client visits Michelle Lawley Hair | Beauty an email is sent out asking them for their review of the salon and the services they received. Phorest, our salon software partner monitor the reviews and just 6% of salons in the UK and Ireland win the coveted Client Experience Award. Due to having a consistently high level of five star reviews over the whole year we have won this amazing award.
